Shipping Policy

. We ship across the continental United States. Please allow up to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for orders to process for shipping. Orders placed around the holiday seasons (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day etc.) may take 5 to 7 business days to process. We make every effort to fulfill orders as soon as possible. Once an order is finished processing a confirmation email will be sent along with a tracking number. Shipping typically takes 1 to 7 days depending on customer location. The closer you are to California the sooner your order will arrive.

. We hold no responsibility for orders once the authorized shipping company has confirmed delivery of a package.

. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

. Customers who place an order with a different billing and shipping address may be required to send us a copy of their driver’s license or some type of ID. This is a precaution we employ in order to verify a customer’s identity and to prevent identity theft.

. For customers located in Canada, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii who wish to place an order please send an email to sales@risewellint.com or send us a message on Instagram.

. In-store pickup is available Mondays to Fridays from 9:30am to 5:00pm. Customers who opt to pick up will be issued a refund on their shipping cost once they pick up their order.
