Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take my package to arrive?
This varies depending on the time of year! Under usual circumstances, packages will require 1-2 days to be processed and an additional 1-7 days for shipping, depending on your location. During peak seasons, processing time may extend to 7 days but we work tirelessly to package and ship out your orders as soon as possible, year-round!
How do I find my package?
Once your orders have been processed, we will send you an email with your FedEx tracking number(s). Please check your spam folder, as our email may be auto-labeled as spam!
Can I pick up my order(s) locally?
Yes! Our warehouse, located in City of Industry, is open Mondays through Fridays from 9am-5pm and on the weekends only by appointment. Feel free to come in to browse our selections and showrooms in-person or pick up orders! You can also order online and pick-up in person, to your convenience. Our warehouse address is listed at the bottom of the page.
Can I order custom flower boxes?
Absolutely! Model/shape, color, and printed words/images can all be customized but we do require that customers preorder large quantities if customizing boxes. Please also allow 2-3 months for custom orders to be processed, manufactured, and shipped to us.
Why can’t I find your products on Amazon or eBay?
We prioritize the highest quality products for the most affordable prices, and so process and package all orders on-site to allow for prices to remain low for your benefit. Because our operations are smaller than those of corporate warehouses, you also know more attention and care will be paid toward you and your packages!
Can I cancel my order?
Once you have received a tracking number we are unable to cancel your order. If you have yet to receive a tracking number for your package, then please give us a call or send us an email requesting a cancellation. However, cancellations are not guaranteed.
My order came damaged – what now?
We take the utmost care to package and label your orders to ensure they are protected on their way to you but accidents can happen! If your package(s) arrive damaged, please reach out to us via email at email@example.com so we can help you resolve the situation. For fresh flowers that come damaged you must reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your package as fresh flowers are extremely time sensitive. We will not honor any claims for fresh flowers that are filed after 48 hours.
Where can I learn more about specific products?
Find us on Instagram @decollectionsfloralboxes for photos and videos taken by us and our wonderful customers! We host regular livestream videos on Instagram detailing the various ways you can use different box models for your own floral arrangements. Not only does our in-house florist produce beautiful arrangements, but live viewers are also treated to a discount code. Samples of flower boxes, flower wraps, and other products are also available to you – please contact us to request a sample delivered to you.
What is a wholesale account?
Wholesale accounts allow customers access to special discounted wholesale prices on all our products. To upgrade to a wholesale account, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your existing site username and a copy of your business/reseller’s permit. We look forward to supplying you!
