We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for all retail transactions. Customer must contact D&E to start the return process within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and D&E will charge a 20% restocking fee for all returns. All return items must arrive within 7 days after the return process has been authorized. All returns not authorized by D&E will not be honored, and customers are responsible for all shipping costs for return packages. All defective items will be replaced. Customers must contact D&E within 2 days of delivery for defective items.
All sales transactions by wholesale accounts are final. No refunds or exchanges. For all defective items please contact email@example.com or (888) 628-8138 for replacement.
